Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the box is securely sealed for transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at any authorized collection point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
